I do not replace flooring or furniture, cabinetry/woodwork, replace Holding Tanks, or perform body work/paint.
As required by Law, I hold business licenses to provide service in Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser and Connell. Unfortunately, I do not travel to Oregon.
Service Call fee depends on distance traveled from my home base in Kennewick. Minimum of $120 covers the first 20 miles.
Labor rate is currently $150 per hour, and that is non-negotiable. I am the best in the area. Be aware that others may have lower rates, but often send more than one technician to double their actual charge on the final bill.
Parts are priced competitively with suggested retail pricing. I stock more parts on the truck than any competitor in the area. No one comes more prepared than me to finish the job with one trip.
I prefer cash or check payment, but can also process any credit/debit card. I also work with extended warranty providers and insurance companies.
